Information submission to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court requesting legal assessment under Articles 7 and 8 of the Rome Statute concerning possible war crimes and crimes against humanity in several armed conflicts.
This communication was submitted to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court pursuant to Article 15 of the Rome Statute.
The submission provides legally relevant information concerning potential war crimes and crimes against humanity in several armed conflicts including Ukraine, Gaza, Afghanistan, Georgia and the 2026 escalation involving the United States, Israel and Iran.
The purpose of this submission is to request a preliminary examination assessing whether the legal threshold under Articles 7, 8 and 28 of the Rome Statute may be met.
